Personal Project: Finding Perfection in the Imperfection

Tourist Siteseeing - without being a Perfectionist
Â
I don't know about you, but I certainly feel slightly guilty when I take a few photos just for my own benefit, and without controlling all the elements. It is almost like my OCD for 'perfect' does not want me to take snaps. This nonchalant reportage Photography does lend itself to a nice little bit of Black and White though, which does then calm those little criticism's in my head.Â
Â
Sometimes its not always about setting the tripod up and waiting for that perfect moment / angle / cloud / lighting or whatever else is affecting the image to change to your idea of "perfect" - sometimes the best moment is personal - and about enjoying that lack of control and that buzz of a single second (or a 1/125th of a second).Â
Â
Also sometimes that idea of perfection is unattainable - learning to let loose and be free again certainly allows you to just enjoy the beauty around us.Â
Â
Doing this is fantastic for the soul and also great for Wedding's too - weather changes, limitations happen. Its about being adaptable and finding the beauty everywhere.Â
